There are many underprivileged families in the Columbus community and this holiday season you have an opportunity to help. In this harsh economy, there are numerous Jewish families in central Ohio in need of daily household items, such as clothing, gift cards for groceries, baby items or shoes. As future community leaders, it is our responsibility to make a difference in central Ohio. YAD is partnering with Jewish Family Services to help fulfill the needs of these families. We need as many volunteers as possible to take part in this Social Action project. To participate, you are requested to spend $5-$25 on an item(s) or gift card for families in need. We are looking for individuals who are willing to donate these items to JFS to distribute. To volunteer in this special holiday project, please contact me.
